"Umah Watu" Villas, Bali, are situated in Seminyak - approximately 300 metres from Legian Surf Beach, at the rear of the famous Oberoi Hotel.
The Villas are hidden in the rice paddies ensuring a very quiet, peaceful location.
Walking distance to
the renowned Jalan Oberoi and Jalan Lasmana,
where all the new and
well-known Restaurants are.
Also a short walk to Jalan Dhyana Pura where the nightlife is plentiful
in the many new and world renown bars, discos, and clubs.
Two identical authentic Balinese Style Villas border a central in-ground "infinity" swimming pool. They can be rented separately, or together. Single rooms are also available.
There is a large upstairs
bedroom with ensuite that has views of the rice paddies,
but is separate
to the other villas.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, en-suite indoor/outdoor
bathrooms, a dressing area, with built in robes, dressing table, mini
bar and Safety Deposit Boxes. Four-poster King size beds and Kelambus (mosquito
nets, rarely needed but add to the Balinese style decor).
Bedrooms are closely located to the living area which remains open to
the
swimming pool.
The comfortable living room is equipped with satellite
television, DVD and sound system and
a variety relaxing chairs and
sofas.
There is a Dining area with table and chairs. The open plan living area
provides a fully equipped European kitchen with crockery and
utensils.
Tea and coffee is
provided. Beer, soft drinks, and juices are always available and
provided at
a reasonable cost.
· The Villas provide 6 staff consisting of a Villa Manager, 3 Villa Attendants, Security and a Driver.
· All rooms are Double or Sole-Occupancy and rates include Breakfast and Personal Laundry Service. Airport Pick up, and Return service is provided to all guests.
· Our Driver is available on request for day trips and outings at additional cost, and very reasonable rates.
· Massage service is also available to guests on request.

Terms & Conditions :
• Rates are valid until April 30th, 2009.
• Rates are on a per room per night basis.
• ++ Rates subject to 10% Government Tax & 7,5% Service Charge.
• Check-In is 14.00, and Check -Out time is at 12.00 noon. Extensions can be arranged.
• High season (15 July - 31 August) surcharge : US$ 10 net /room /night.
• Peak season (23 December - 05 January) surcharge: US$ 15 net /room /night.
• Extra person charge will be 1/3 (one third) of the room rate including extra bed.
• Use of kitchen US$ 25 per day (not applicable to guests who have occupied a Villa Complete).
• Credit card details are required as a guarantee to process the reservation.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 14 (fourteen) days during high season or within 21 (twenty-one) days during peak season.
Please note that guests on “Special “and “Reduced” Rates will be charged for the entire duration of the stay in the event of an under- stay .
• Payment can be made by Cash at the villa on arrival or by Credit Card with additional 3% bank charge . In accordance with the banking regulations of The Republic Of Indonesia, payment by Credit Card shall be denominated in Rupiah . The conversion to Rupiah shall be made at the time of payment at the selling rate advised by the Bank of Indonesia.
